Once you've made up your mind about buying a property in Cyprus, then it's time to book an Inspection trip. An Inspection visit gives you the opportunity to see the properties first hand as well as getting to know the areas. Aside from our extensive database of thousands of ready built properties, we also deal with nearly all the major developers in Cyprus (over 95%), offering you the widest variety of properties available to you within your price range.
Before arriving in Cyprus, your Viewing Coordinator will clarify your requirements. Our advanced Property Matching System can instantly produce a number of properties that match closest to a client’s requirements from a database of over 10,000 properties currently available for sale.
Thus, prior to your arrival, your Personal Trip Executive will forward your enquiry to owners or property developers with regards to your selection of properties that meet your individual criteria and plan a tailor made itinerary for your visit. Along the way we’ll have the opportunity to visit points of interest including beaches and golf courses etc as well as the amenities.
How much does it cost and what is included?
Inspection trips are offered from CY£49.00 for the winter period (December to end of March) per person and for CY£99.00 for the rest of the year , depending on both season and availability. We’ll arrange your flights, accommodation and private transfers to and from the airport in Cyprus.
The inspection trip fee must be paid prior to departure via credit card or wire transfer. The cost of the inspection trip will cover the following:
Round trip from any major / viable UK* or other European airports to Cyprus !
Accommodation for 3 nights !
Airport transfers in Cyprus !
Transportation to property sites arranged by owners & property developers!
Visits to point of interests !
* Inspection trips booked from Ireland and Scotland may incur an additional cost!

Bookings and Reservations

Proposed Schedule
Day 1 / Arrival Day
Arrive in Cyprus and if time permits, meet with your Trip Coordinator.
Day 2
Meet with property developers and owners. Visit locations, view properties.
Day 3
Redefine your requirements. Meet with property developers and owners, view properties. Arrange legal and financial details.
Day 4 / Departure Day
Complete the transaction for your chosen property and then let the Champagne flow!

The above itinerary is only an example and time schedules can vary according to your requirements and familiarity with the Cyprus property market etc. Inspection trips have been developed to suit the individual requirements and ensure that any person with intention to invest in a property will get the opportunity to do so in the time allocated.
Legal and Financial

Please read the following terms and conditions prior to booking an inspection trip. By booking an inspection trip you agree with the following:
Inspection trips are based on a maximum of two passengers per trip. Additional passengers will need to pay the full amount for both flights and accommodation. The cost of an inspection trip is CYP 49.00/CYP 99.00 from any major UK airport. Inspection trips booked from Scotland, Ireland or other smaller UK or other European airports may incur an additional cost.
The cost of CYP 49.00/CYP 99.00 charged for inspection trips is non - refundable. Once booked, the tickets for inspection trips are fixed and allow no changes to passenger names and/or dates. If a passenger chooses to cancel their inspection trip after the ticket has been issued, the passenger will be charged the balance of the flight cost.
Kindly note that property inspections are organized by the developers/owners who are advertising their properties with us.
